Where is your jewelry made?

Our jewelry is made in Thailand.

What is your position on conflict-free diamonds?

We support all industry efforts to end the trafficking of conflict diamonds. We obtain

diamonds only from reputable sources that comply with the international monitoring

system known as the Kimberly Process. It requires manufacturers to supply retailers with

documentation that their diamonds were received through legitimate channels.

How do I measure my ring size?

Please refer to the  Ring Size Guide . If you still aren't able to measure the size, you may request a ring sizer.

How can I get my items repaired?

We offer free repairs with free shipping for the first 14 days of delivery of the product.

The free shipping label can be obtained through the Repair/Resize portal. The resolution

to be selected is 'repair'.

Can a local jeweler do loose stone or jewelry repair without voiding the warranty?

No, the warranty will be voided if the item is not repaired by us.

REPAIR AND RESIZING

Can I return a ring to get it resized?

Yes, you can within 10 days after you have received it.

Are all of the rings resizable? How long does it take for them to get resized?

Most of our rings are resizable, except the eternity rings. But you can click on Size Guide so you

can easily find out your size.

I ordered the wrong ring size. Can it be changed before the product is shipped?

Yes, this can be done. Please contact our customer service team and inform them about

the new size requirement. If the order is in process, the request will be accommodated.

In case the order is already processed and shipped, you may choose to initiate the resize

request once you receive the product.

What are the charges for sending the ring back to you for resizing?

1. Benjamin Fine Jewelry offers one free resizing. The customer (international and domestic) will have to bear the charges for shipping both ways with insurance. Please

contact our customer service in order to get a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number.

2. If you've already resized the ring once, the next resizing will cost $50. The customer (international and domestic) will have to bear the charges for shipping both ways with insurance.

In some cases, where we need to remake the ring due to a major size difference, the charges may vary. Our customer service team will inform you of the updated charges.

How long does resizing take?

While some rings can be resized quickly, others may have to be remade from scratch.The timeframe for resizing will vary depending on the scenario. Please contact ourcustomer service team for further information.

Shipping and Customs

Do you ship to all countries?

We ship to most of them, but sadly we are unable to ship to the below countries due

to customs restrictions;

Afghanistan, Åland Islands, Argentina, Ascension Island, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bhutan,

Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Brunei, Burkina Faso, Caribbean Netherlands, Central

How long does a package take to arrive at an international address? Is the package insured?

It takes approximately 4 business days to arrive at the destination. All packages are fully insured.

Whose responsibility is the payment of customs?

These charges are the buyer's responsibility as they are not additional shipping or

insurance charges.

Please note that some countries will charge additional fees at local customs (U.S.

customers are not subject to any extra charges). Most countries will charge only VAT

based on the declared value of the package to be paid upon delivery (most European

countries) or import duties (Canada, Australia).

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept TT (Bank transfers), Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover,

Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal.

Credit card orders can be placed online using our secure server or over the phone with

our customer service department. In general, credit card orders will only be shipped to

an address on file with the credit card company.

 We may request additional documentation (such as driver’s license, photocopy of credit

card, etc.) on some transactions.

Do you have gift cards?

 No, not at this moment.

How can I unsubscribe from your email list?

You can unsubscribe by selecting the link at the bottom of marketing emails you receive

from Benjamin Fine Jewelry.

I don’t want the box to read Benjamin Fine Jewelry. Can I replace it with a different wrapping?

Yes, we offer packaging options with or without our logo

How do I update my email address?

Why do you measure jewelry in milimiters?

The millimeter is our standard unit of measurement for jewelry dimensions.

By using millimeters, we can provide you with the most accurate height,

width and length for your jewelry. To give you a better idea of your jewelry's

dimensions:

25MM is approximately 1 inch

3MM is approximately 1/8 inch

6MM is approximately 1/4 inch

13MM is approximately 1/2 inch

19MM is approximately 3/4 inch

25MM is approximately 1 inch

50MM is approximately 2 inches

75MM is approximately 3 inches

What colored gemstones are considered precious?

Rubies, sapphires and emeralds are precious gemstones. All other

gemstones are referred to as semi-precious.

Do you have a trade-in Policy?

You may trade in your diamond/diamond jewelry item purchased from us for another

diamond/diamond jewelry item that is at least double the trade-in value. The trade-in

value is based on the original purchase price, excluding charges such as tax and

shipping.

What is a GIA Certificate?

The Gemological Institute of America (GIA) is one of the world's most renowned third-

party gemstone and jewelry authentication agencies.
