RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your order. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unused items with our tags attached, except when Final Sale is noted on the product page.

DOMESTIC ORDERS- How To Prepare A Return Or Exchange

Free returns only applies to U.S and Thailand.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of order receipt. Please contact us at info@benjaminfinejewelry.com and Indicate whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).

  1. If it will be an Exchanging, please indicate the desired model/size. We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await for your package to reach our office. Please send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold.
  2. If it will be an exchange or return, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. You may request an RMA by following the steps outlined below.

Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation, with our original tag attached to the jewelry and in its original packaging, must not be worn or altered in any way and shipped back to us within 14 days.

We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges if the pieces sent back to us are in poor condition, after 14 days of receipt of your order, on styles noted Final Sale, or without prior authorization. Returns should be accompanied by the original receipt. If the original receipt is unavailable, we'll issue an online store credit based on the current selling price.

3- If your return is for refund or exchange, please include any loose stone/diamond grading reports. Diamond grading reports are not required for repairs and resizes. If your item was delivered with a diamond report and that report is not returned, you will be liable for the cost to replace the grading report. The cost to replace a missing diamond grading report is $300 and is the direct fee paid GIA to re-grade that diamond. (or equivalent amount in other currencies).

For security reasons, do not write Benjamin Fine Jewelry anywhere on the outside of the box.



INTERNATIONAL ORDERS- How To Prepare A Return Or Exchange

It’s considered an International order any order was done outside these countries: US and Thailand.

International customers pay a small return shipping fee of $50, that it will be deducted from your card once we complete the refund process. Please note: there will be a $50 re-polishing fee if an engraved item is returned. To return an item, simply follow the Return Procedures listed below:

Advise the representative that you wish to return your order. Within one business day of your email, the address and a pre-paid by us, fully insured FedEx 2-Day label, along with instructions on how to safely and securely package your items will be issued.

Take your order and the label to the nearest FedEx location and simply mail it back to us! If you need packaging materials, FedEx will assist you.

Your order should arrive in our office in 2-4 business days (excludes weekends and holidays).

In case you decide not to use our Pre-paid Fedex label for your return shipment, we strongly recommend to insure your return shipment for its full purchase value since we are not responsible for lost or stolen articles before reaching back to our office. If using our Pre paid return service, the shipping label emailed to you includes insurance protection.

All refunds will be processed within two weeks and done in the form of the original purchase method.

Additional shipping charges may be incurred if packages are returned via alternate carriers. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any fees we incur at time of package receipt.

MODIFIED POLICY

If you return more than $15,000 in a 12 month period you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you if you are subject to the modified policy.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Returns without a our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be refused upon receipt. Returns with missing paperwork, tag or packaging will not be processed.

 Note that shipping, import duty charges, customs and local sales taxes levied by the import country are non refundable. We are not able to cover these costs, as it goes directly to your government. We suggest contacting your local customs bureau directly, as they may be able to assist you in recovering these funds.


Non-Resizable Items

Diamond and gemstone eternity rings with a specific number of gemstones per finger size can’t be resized, so please take care to order the correct ring size at time of purchase. For assistance determining the proper ring size, please contact customer service or use our ring size chart.

After Your Return Is Received

Returns are processed weekdays and typically entered into our system within 24 business hours of receipt. Once entered into our system you will receive a confirmation email alerting you that your return has been passed along to our Quality Assurance department. Please allow five to 15 business days for this process to complete.

If you are expecting a refund, credit will be submitted to your bank within 5-7 business days. It may take your bank up to 10 business days to post the funds to your account. Bank wire refunds take 7-10 business days after the return has been processed. Returned orders with bank wire as the original payment method.

Please note that after a significant holiday, heavier return volumes can double the normal return processing times.

If you are expecting a return shipment, you will receive an email once the outbound shipment date has been set. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email the day of the outbound shipment.

Cancel Or Change An Order

We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.
